I was star-struck. Reliv superstars in town and I would have the chance to talk to them and ask questions. :=)
Linda Vance... Double Platinum Ambassador and 22 years actively building her Reliv business. She used to own 3 successful companies in advertising and PR.

Richard Vance. Double Platinum Ambassador. Joined Linda as a partner in their Reliv business 6 years ago. Tech guy in San Francisco who worked for Bank of America then Hewlett Packard.
I like them already. They both reached the top of their game in marketing and technology.

Question 1: Do you exercise?
Linda walked in and the first thing I noticed about her was how straight her back was... She is standing tall. She looked fit and there was not an ounce of extra weight. Richard has this movie star quality about him. Nice shoulders. No beer belly. (At least it is not showing...)
I asked if they exercise. She does 3 to 4x a week. One hour and 15 minutes per session. Richard says they exercise regularly.
Note1: Will have to work on exercise.
Question 2: Have you had breakfast?
We were having breakfast overlooking Taal Lake. I saw Richard but not Linda. When I saw her, I asked if she had breakfast. She said yes. I cannot remember how the conversation turned to a situation where Linda shared that she is not a morning person. It was music to my ears.
Note2: Am not a morning person too. It could be possible for me to succeed like her.
Question 3: Did you do your own website?
Richard was into technology before Reliv. I assumed he would be more involved in their website than Linda. He confirmed yes. I asked how he did the buttons. They were very attractive and interesting. He said he just looked for them and copied them.
Note3: No need to be an expert.
Question 4: What is your biggest check to date?
A network marketer tried to talk me out of Reliv to join his team in another MLM company. I asked the size of his check. He did not tell me. He just told me his rank in the business.
Training done with Richard and Linda. It was Q&A time and I had to ask. What is your biggest check to date. Linda answered. It was USD43,000 in a month. (equivalent to P1.935M in a month!)
Note4: My Reliv income goal at USD5,000 is too low.
Question 5: Was it a 6-figure income you walked away from?
"I just decided to burn the ships." Linda was already a successful business owner when she decided to sell her business and do Reliv full time. I asked her: "Was it already a 6-figure income you were earning in your business when you quit? How did you do it? How could you walk away?" Linda shared there were 2 companies. She sold one and dismantled the other. It was a 6figure income business. She quit because there was too much stress and she decided on what she wanted. She understood that Reliv could give her the stress-free life she envisioned for her future.
Note5: It is a decision.
Question 6: Did you really get a Rolex watch from Reliv for becoming Platinum Ambassador?
I've heard about a Rolex watch for Reliv platinum ambassadorship. I met platinum ambassadors before but I never asked. I don't know why but this time, I wanted to confirm if this perk really does exist. I was seated near Richard when I asked him first. "Did you really get a Rolex watch for becoming platinum ambassadors?" Richard shared that Reliv gives an amount of money for a Reliv ambassador to go choose and buy a watch. Most would choose a Rolex because it is associated with the rank of Platinum ambassador. When their business made Platinum, he was not yet involved in the business. Linda got the watch. "Is Linda wearing it? Can I see it?" He said she was wearing it. I went to Linda to ask about the watch. She showed me the watch she was wearing. She said Reliv allows for a silver Rolex but she wanted a diamond studded Rolex so she upgraded with an additional amount on her part. "Can I take a picture of it?" She asked why. Is it so you can be inspired by it? I said Yes! She positioned her wrist so I could take a photo. (Richard added: After joining Linda in the business, we went shopping for my Rolex. Mine is an antique 1953 model that I need to wind daily! I guess I'm just a little old fashion!)
We were on our way back to Manila when I was toying with the thought. One gets a Rolex for having P150,000 (or USD4,000) check per month two months in a row and teach 5 other people to do the same. Is it achievable? Hmmm... I think it can be done.
Note6: Will look for 5 people who will share my goal to become ambassador.
